The Star liner is now a troop transport (after being nationalized) such
as the historic exapmles of the Britainic and the other sister ship to
the Titanic, though the troops don't get any of that high class
treatment.
 
I'd think that the star yacht would be the Admiral's barge, after all
its too luxurious to be a mere courier.
