RE: Possible New Minor Power - major upgrade (LONG)

There's a whole mythology of angels (based in large parts on the 
apocryphal Book of Enoch) which ranks the types of angels as follows 
(from greatest to least):

 Seraphim 
 Cherubim 
 Thrones
 Dominations 
 Virtues 
 Powers
 Principalities 
 Archangels 
 Angels

So it looks like the Papal High Guard has reversed this order with 
respect to starship sizes.
