Idiot in distress!

Please help!

Recently, whilst updating to the latest version of Mozilla Thunderbird, 
I stupidly managed to delete my copy of the New Fighter test rules that 
Noam posted a wee while back. I would be most grateful if someone on the

list could send a copy to me off list.
