It depends. You could probably get by with an equivalent wheeled 
vehicle for heavy recovery purposes. You'll still need a similar 
number of ARVs and Wreckers. Just make sure your ARVs or soft skinned 
Recovery vehicles are the same size or larger for correct capacity.
