FTJava V0.13 released

FTJava V0.13 client is now available for download.

New features include:

     * UNSC ships and icons, including antimatter torpedos and grasers.
       (Icons designed by Ray Forsythe)
     * New Israeli ships and icons, including stealth hulls, designed by
Noam Izenberg.
     * Imperial Japanese ships and icons, designed by Vince Johnston.
     * Four new scenarios
	   o GZG Universe - Scenario 17 - UNSC vs. Kra'Vak (designed by
Roger Burton West)
	   o GZG Universe - Scenario 18 - UNSC vs. Pan African Union
	   o GZG Universe - Scenario 19 - New Israeli vs. Islamic
Federation
	   o GZG Universe - Scenario 20 - UNSC vs. Kra'Vak

Thanks to everyone who contrubuted to this release.

Some work was accomplished on the fighters but was not complete for this
release. There are 
fighters in Scenario 17, but the client isn't able to fully utilize them
yet.

Next client release is scheduled for May 29th.
