You know, it wouldn't be _that_ hard to create a "Kill Dr. Lucky" board
based on an FT ship, though it's more appropriate to create a "Save Dr.
Lucky" board based on an FT ship!
For those that don't know, "Kill Dr. Lucky" is a fiendishly wonderful
game by Cheapass Games. You maneuver around a mansion trying to be the
only person alone with this old guy, Dr. Lucky, so that you can try to
off him. Think of it as the action that happens _before_ a game of Clue.
The other players try to move themselves and Dr. Lucky out of your way,
and they play cards to thwart your murder attempt. Eventually someone
kills Dr. Lucky, and wins the game.
"Save Dr. Lucky" is the exact opposite game. You are on the Titanic with
Dr. Lucky. He's wandering around the ship. You have to get into a
position where other people can see you with Dr. Lucky and you have to
save him! It's the same basic mechanics, but now you have to get people
to see you saving him (they can play cards to thwart your save attempt).
>From a miniatures point of view, I use _Call of Cthulhu_ figures when
playing these games (Gangsters, molls, the groundskeeper, etc. work
well). You could easily do a map of an FT ship and use SG2 figures to
move around it, with players trying to either kill or save Dr. Lucky,
based on the actual game you're playing.
Hmmm... this does have possibilities!
