[FT] Changes in FT v3

Hey crew,

Can anyone tell me if there is likely to be any significant changes to
the 
mechanics of the ship designing system.

Its just that as I work on the design of the FTSC it would be could to
try and 
take into account any changes that will becoming in FTv3.
