Given the level of defences of your typical FB frigate relative to the
firepower that gets dished out in a firefight involving anything 
bigger, I think that getting aboard one and sailing even slightly into 
harm's way would count as a "crazy order" to many people. It's a tough 
life in the cockleshell navy...
