RAR is another compression scheme; some utilities which will expand ZIP
files will also expand RAR.
I don't know what OS you're using, but here's a RAR site for Windows:

The easiest thing to do might be to go to www.zdnet.com and search under
Downloads for a RAR decoder for your system.
