I have (previously to this coming on the list) queried the legality of
the above site site with Marc Miller. I've been informed that the site
owner has come to an agreement with Marc to maintain it.
So, if you have Explorer you could just snag the whole thing. One of
the reasons I keep Explorer on my Mac when Safari is so much better
(but doesn't do web archives :-/ ). With that, and with Power
Projection: Fleet, you'd be able to design your own ships.
