Do you have a local American Express office? I use them for the rare
occasions that I need a piece of paper worth foreign currency; their
rates are reasonable and few people have problems accepting their money
orders. Admittedly, most of what I use them for is to pay for stuff in
US dollars, but I'm sure it works the other way around.
Or what about Western Union?
