the Galactic Knights (the old Superior models) at
http://www.mondayknight.com/ if you want to see a model that is close
to a Starwars Model. The secret is to make the model somewhat different
and not too close to the name and the lawyers will not be after you..

Another close figure was McEwan's  Colonal Infantry and Terran Marines
who looked alot like figures from starwars. Again, there was enough 
different
to keep the lawyers away.
