For spacemaster, www.Ironcrown.com has reformed, but the website only
lists
their privateer line (which is entirely different).  You'll probably
have to
search through second hand sites for the old copies.

I don't have a scanner at the moment so that's not much help.

I can't remember who the publisher for "Marc Miller's Traveller" was,
but
pop over to Steve Jackson Games for their GURPs Traveller line which
*may*
be identical for starship construction rules.
