[info request] Rat-like alien figures.

Someone makes these rat-like alien figures, mostly wearing cloaks
wrapped about them, snouts are the only things showing. Come armed
with laser rifles and the like. There's maybe 6-8 different figures,
25/28mm metal.

But can I remember who it is?
