FTL communication, Kra'Vak and FH

So are we settled on couriers for all FTL communication?

Thanks to all for the Kra'Vak and FH links etc. I fear that the FH as
told 
is not wholly accurate, I fear that it is subject to a great deal of NAC

propoganda. :-D
