I s'pose I should let Adrian take this one but on 
behalf of stargrunt.ca, I'll reply (pending Adrian 
disagreeing!): 

1) I'm happy with JPEG (since that's what they'll 
end up as). If you send them in a higher 
resolution and colour depth than necessary, 
we'll fiddle them into the right format. The only 
thing is please zip em up (at least if you're 
mailing them to me, I think Adrian the Fortunate 
has broadband). I'm still on 28 kbps dialup.
If you send GIF or some other format, I can 
probably convert (even that blasted PNG 
format....*grin*). 

Note: We've become picky about text file 
formats since neither of us wants a Virus. I'm a 
lot less likely to open up Word or other similar 
formats into tools which do macro processing 
since document macroviruses became popular. 
So in that sense, text is usually the best way to 
submit docs. 

2) There is no 2. Carry on with the day's 
training. ;)
