Have *Official* ship stats been released?  No.
  You can find my take on the IF at
http://home.quixnet.net/~deboe/ft/ifships.htm (subject to change before
FB3/FT3 comes out).  
  The most vocal advocate of the IJN is expecting to use lots of
missiles
and fighters (and presumably submunition packs, since they're explicitly
intended for "anime short range missiles").  I don't recall that they've
been posted anywhere, though.
