The problem will most likely not be Iraq or Iran. By 2008, those may be
sorted out. Iraq by military means, and in Iran the Mullahs will have
run
out of steam.

The problem could be some friendly nation that turns sour by then.
Anybody's
guess who that might be...Egypt. Saudi, Indonesia, Venezuela....
