Fighter Initiative
==================

Fighters use a similar initiative system to ships under my crew quality
rules:

First All Ace fighters fire in initiative order
Then all Veteran fighters fire in initiative order
Then all regular fighters fire in initiative order
finally, all Green/Turkey fighters fire in initiative order.

Pilot Survivability
===================

Noam has some rules for this on his site (under Homebrew Rules), the
only change is as follows:

SUBTRACT the Pilot quality modifier (+1 for Ace & Veteran, -1 for
Green/Turkey) from the pilot survival roll.
