{SGII} UNSC TOE

Hi,

Had a look at the TOE and, like a number of people, think that it is a
very 
strong army. To down-power it, so that it could be taken on by one of
the 
more typical forces you could use only (or mostly) green troops. Having
had 
my first experience using mostly green troops on Friday I can tell you
that 
they are terrible! Commanding a largely green force takes a different 
mind-set than that required for a battle-hardened and experienced force.

Making UNSCMC troops green doesn't take much justification, they mostly
see 
peace-keeping operations...
