I don't see the reasoning behind this. I don't think it's mentioned in
a canon source ?
AFAIK, the Eritreans are Muslims, as are Somalis etc, though, so far,
of a fairly laid-back direction. BTW, couldn't you argue that the Horn
of Africa (Somalia, Djibouti etc.) might be IF, too ?
Certainly, their main present-day enemy is Ethiopia, which is PAU. Why
should they join up with them ?
