I don't think Tamiya make any 1/72nd stuff (well, not ground stuff
anyway) -
I suspect you're thinking of the 1/35th weapons set (which is still very
useful).

tamiya do a plastic kit in 1/72 with .50 .30 cal and other wwii stuff
including flame throwers recoiles rifles etc.

Try the Battleground 28mm WWII, or Old Glory. There should be Heavy
weapons
packs. Bandai used to do 1/48th scale weapons and accessory packs(model
kits),
could also be some in 1/72.
