I haven't read it yet, just went to the link this minute, but John Tynes
is
well known in the RPG community. He has been doing RPG stuff for years,
but is
best known for the _Call of Cthulhu_ spin-off game _Delta Green_. He's
also
done work for Atlas Games, and has a horror RPG of his own (_Unknown
Armies_).
It's probably a decent game. I've met John a few times at GenCon and
even
playtested an RPG scenario for him. He's a cool guy.
