It depends on the relative sizes of the gasbag and antenna array.  You
are going
to put the array inside the gasbag, so drag is a non-issue.  If there is
enough
room in the gasbag, you mount the array in an inside-out anechoic
chamber.  The
walls come down to unmask the antenna when the radar is operating, and
