Have you tried the folks over at Scale Specialties?
http://www.ss-sms.com/
Norm and Penn are good folks. I get my Panzer Keepers from them at every
convention we're at.
(1/285th scale modern USSR/CIS, German, US, UK, WWII German, US, UK,
USSR. 4 divisions down,
only about 10 more to go! ACK!)
If one is really ambitious enough, they may even print out "custom"
decals for you.......not
sure, so don't quote me on that, but it would be very kool though!

Later,
David

I have bought some 1/285th scale decals at a convention. The guy I
bought them from lives in Michigan, USA. www.i-94enterprises.com. His
website is wonky though.

www.microscale.com might be helpful too.
