This is what I have used.

AV-92A Gunship Mk 3		   Attack VTOL (472 points)

MEDIUM vehicle (Class 3), VTOL mobility, FGP power, Armour 2. 1 x MDC/3 
fixed with SUPERIOR guidance, 2 x GMS/H with SUPERIOR guidance, 1 x
ASPW. 
Other systems: SUPERIOR ECM, STEALTH - 2. Basic Signature 3/ Effective 
Signature 3(D12)
