Skippy was my post. I found the link on StrategyPage.

Given some of the military people I've known, and some of my stranger 
college buddies, I find the list entirely possible. Especially if some 
of those got there preemptively as the result of suggested courses of 
action by Skippy. Although I'd like to see one of  "Especially 
Patriotic" films, strictly as part of my ongoing study of propaganda 
material of coarse.
