[SG] Mercenary Mission Motivation

OK,  

firstly, thanks to all for the replies 

secondly, lots of food for thought for the weekend, I have a few ideas
on how I'm going to approach the problem  (especially since there's not
much agreement on what's important in motivating mercenaries or even on
what exactly mercenaries are!)



I'll do some work on this over the weekend and send the results to the
list some time Monday
