WENT downhill?	I would suggest it was already going downhill at that

- what you describe isn't merely going downhill, it rates as crossing

event horizon!

Last night Tom decided that since Narns and KV weren't getting the job
done, 
he was going to try to get JohnA's orders changed from NTC to here, and
see 
if that worked.
