I was just thinking about high gravity.  Could you simulate it
in game terms by saying all mission motivations drop 1 level
for high and 2 levels for extremely high?  Say 1.5 Gs is high
and 2 Gs is extremely high?

Let's see, Snow, reduce max range by one or two range brackets?
