That's abusing the definition of weapons.  Besides,
I'm not a big fan of this rule in the first place. 
What then the poor Ratel, which has 3 machine guns and
an RFAC/1 (20mm autocannon), but is most definitely
NOT a size 4 vehicle, more like 2.5 rounded to 3.  And
if we include the 7 passengers (2 teams) then we have
6 weapons.  Bad South Africans, BAD!
