Someone already mentioned the Imperial War Museum, in London.  If you're

As a North American who has had the pleasure of visiting this place,
I'll
say that if you're interested in things-military, it is one of the best
museums of it's kind I've ever seen.  The quality of the exhibits is
great
- well worth the visit.

Their website shows the various locations in England that this museum
has
sites, and has very complete directions for the London (main) branch.

Well, the Colleseum, of course...  FMA-ancients...???  :)

I'm not Catholic, and this most certainly has little to do with things
GZG-like, but the Vatican is worth the visit.  Truly spectacular.

I didn't see anything *modern* and military/GZG-ish while I was in
Italy...
