If'n we'd just bought a whole bunch more C5-D's rather than that 
Boeing contraption we'd have heavy lift coming out of our ears.  I 
got a glimpse at that Bid specification at Lockmart years ago when 
working there. It was very interesting the ideas that Lockmart's 
engineers had come up with.
