In live in a port city. Visitors for public relations range from single 
vessels to a small squadron. Something like : 

Half a dozen missile boats or mine sweepers
Two frigates or submarines
A single destroyer, cruiser or sailing vessel (tall ships are very 
popular) 
A carrier and 1-2 escorts

There may also be meets where ships from various nations come together 
to demonstrate friendship. These are obviously bigger events. Each 
nation's contingent is at the level described above, at most
