25mm only for me and the group in Dublin, although a couple of my
friends experimented with 6mm: 

They were travelling to a con on a train, and they made a small board
covered in thin foam. Each of the 6mm figures had a spike coming out of
the base and thus everything remained in place. Some flock did as whole
forests I believe. 

(they used the same ground/figure scale ratio as 25mm) 

I dubbed this version TravelGrunt
