Give them a high morale. When a unit near by breaks, they get a 
confidence check. If they fail, then other units near by will also 
drop conf levels. Drop the die type for every time it spreads. That 
will make it snow ball nicely when the NAC drops a Battalion of 
Ghurka's supporting the 1st Scottish Guards Armored Div on a planet 
held by IF troops.
