I guess I have to ask - Effective for what? Multi-role? Vacuum combat?
Specialist vehicles in a mixed arms organization? I find point systems
are inherently unbalanced no matter what they are set up to do since the
scenarios can unbalance a system where balance is defined as 'line them
up and shoot until one side is dead...' even if that system is
internally
coherent and "balanced" for that.
The Holy Grail of war games - balamnced points systems...
