Where's the PDS?  You'd be surprise how good one all-arc PDS can be in
these
brawl games. (DD = 1, CL = 2, CH = 3)
I'm not sure about offset arcs, simply rolling ship will let them target
easier.  Centre all the weapons at F and let them take all weapons up
the
drive tubes.

What about dropping 9 mass of weapons off the CH for a single fighter
bay of
standard fighters?
