OGRE.

Start out with the "Ogre Deluxe" boxed set. Maybe buy some more minis,
maybe do as I did and hex-up a table-tennis table with 13cm diameter
hexes (ie each side 6.5cm). Then you can go to "Ogre Miniatures". From
there, maybe DSII.
