I've got 6mm Dark Star infantry painted in khaki and based to match
GeoHex. Even
I lose a stand of them on occaison. My opponents lose track of them
rather more
often.

For specifics... To do the bases I paint them a sienna brown and dip
them wet
into a nice powdered flocking material. Good ground coloring, the bases
blend
well with GeoHex and it adds to the cammo factor.
