you are leaking HTML from your MS exchange server you
need to turn on plain text email in your email client
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2//EN">

<META HTTP-EQUIV=3D"Content-Type" CONTENT=3D"text/html; =

I'm just as frustrated as you are!!!
my work account is the full Outlook (Office 2000) version and I do have
Plain Text only turned on for all email. apparently the Nortel MS
Exchange
Server is doing something to all outgoing mail. I have been fighting
this
problem for the past several months. if you have any other suggestions
to
solve it, I'm willing to try it.
