[FT] Scratchbuilding questions

Ok, two questions:

1. Recently I saw a reference to scratchbuilt NSL-like ships for FT.
Can anybody point me to the right url? I can't seem to find it
anymore:-)

2. I want to try some scratchbuilding myself, but I want to keep my
ships
in line with GZG-FT sizes. I do not want to restart the scale
discussion,
just some ballpark figures. So what length (in cm or inches) would a
size
25/50/100/200 ship be? Something like size/20 cm? I think I saw some
measurements somewhere of a dreadnought being 100mm?
