RE: GZG WCC II

The site is near the Oakland Airport and is fairly reasonable in price,
the 
core respondents to the first GZG-WCC were nearly all in the SF Bay
area, and 
airfare from LA or SeaTac a flight to Oakland is fairly cheap.
