The supporters for the missile/fighter/PDS/ADFC being 3 MU would say, is
from a description from a book that first intro's Vector Movement btw.

The main 'thrust' :) of the argument is what is the final authority so
the
arguments can and and the paly for some.  Most don't care but can't play
in
the enviroment where there is no final word on the topic due to the
constant
bickering which is out of control on this topic and surrounding topics.

Being the Moderator, and the guy the shop looks to to keep things
