[Paint]

I'd mentioned that I was going to try using a stiff bristled brush to
"spray" paint onto some 15mms to get a speckled look.  Well, it kind
of worked, in the sense that paint got on the figures. However, the
paint droplets are too small, so the figs don't look speckled, just
