That's about it - almost all our shows are one or two day events, and
our
longest drive to any we attend is about 4 to 5 hours. Excluding UK
Gencon
(which isn't a wargames show at all), there is only one show in the
calendar that is residential - all the rest are day-visit events,
usually
open from 10am to about 4pm or so.
July and August are our major holiday months - the schools are off, and
a
lot of businesses have fixed holiday times round about then as well.
The major shows start again in September, with Colours.
