Well, there hasn't been a lot of activity on this one for a couple of
weeks (WotW is turning into WotM :-) so is everyone happy with the
conclusions drawn so far?

In summary (IIRC)

Gatling Battery

This is equivalent to a Pulsar in Close Mode that cannot be
re-configured.

Gatling Phaser - Star Fleet Battles conversion genre weapon

AFAIK is ok as it is. Alternatively, it could be treated as the same
MASS in Class 1 beam batteries.

Meson Flechette

Effectively a triple Class 2 battery, with more flexibility of arcs.
It _could_ simply be replaced by the equivalent MASS in Class 2
batteries.

Twin Particle Array - B5 Wars conversion genre weapon

Again I'd just say it is a Pulsar that cannot be configured to anything
by 'Medium' range - with the option that in PDS mode it functions as 2
'Class 1 beams as PDS' rather than 1 full PDS system.

Well, if everyone agrees, that just about wraps that one up :-)

Any ideas what we can do for number 9?
