RE: FT-Tugs and swarm tactics

Wow, I never even thought about this.  Usually in my
group, all ships have FTL drives.  We do allow System
Defense Boats without FTL if it is your own planet
being attacked.  We have used the idea of FTL tugs but
they have to stay on the board until a retreat is
called.
