I actually copied the whole text into word documents, correct as many
mistakes as I could find, formatted chapters and then printed it and
bound
it. Sure it's A4 size book, but it makes it a hell of a lot easier (and
more
fun) to read.

One day I might sit down and do an A5 version in Quark or something, see
how
it comes out.
