Please re-read the post I was replying to - I've included the first

Glenn only asked about the fighter rules. (Not even the bits I snipped
out of my reply had any questions about the rest of MT, only the
fighters.) 

When did Wave Guns, MT missiles and ECM become "Specialized Fighter
Types"?
